Works are professionally packed using archival and protective materials, suitable for fine art shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If there is any issue with your item on arrival, please email info@joannabird.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos so we can assist.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please email info@joannabird.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the artwork. Because shipping is fully insured, we will guide you through next steps for assessment and resolution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@joannabird.com. If the order has not shipped or work has not begun on framing/customs paperwork, we may be able to help.
Are duties and taxes included?
UK orders include VAT where applicable. International orders may be subject to local duties/taxes payable by the recipient.
Do you offer framing?

Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, by appointment. Choose “Gallery Collection” at checkout or email info@joannabird.com to arrange a time.
Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
Where applicable, artworks are accompanied by a certificate or gallery documentation.
